Last month, John Almiron wrote about his adventures at Glamis, and I’ve been wanting to head out there. So I was pumped when our when our buddies over at Autoholics posted this video about the New Years festivities at this SoCal off-road mecca. We tend to steer more toward low-brow, low-fi videos here, but since variety is the spice of life, we decided to give this one a chance, even though it’s beautifully shot and expertly edited.

ATV Test: 2012 KTM 525XC

Don’t be confused by all of these designations, the bottom line is the XC quads, like the 525 tested here, live up to their namesake by being slightly narrower for the trails and boasting more linear power spreads for the variety of conditions an off-roader may encounter. Of course, any one of the quartet of ATVs include KTM’s tireless attention to detail- if that doesn’t mean anything to you, read on.
