Meet Empire Industries Exhaust Systems

For this week’s industry profile, we’re taking a look at a firm called Empire Industries. At first glance, it’s easy to mistake them for being new kids on the block but in fact this is a new company built upon a solid industry foundation.

Empire Industries is owned and operated by Eric Friend who founded White Knuckle Racing in Oregon in 1995. After developing numerous performance parts for the ATV/ UTV market and building some of the fastest ATV’s in the nation, Eric has sold White Knuckle Racing in Oregon and has opened Empire Industries in Riverside California.

Empire Industries will continue to develop new performance products for the ATV/UTV market as well as keep building high performance 2 and 4-stroke motors. Their passion for racing goes into every motor that they build and it shows.

While they offer a variety of services and specialties including being an authorized MCX-USA and K&T Performance dealer and installation center (with expertise in turbo), its their performance exhaust systems that are spreading with alarming popularity.

Tig welded 304 stainless steel construction, step pipe construction designed for maximum horsepower gains, their pipes culminate in 6061 aluminum silencers with billet end caps made for easy repacking. Perhaps most impressive of all is the range of their offerings; from just about every 450 performance ATV on the market (including carburated classics like the Z400 and older YFZs) on over to a vast array of side-by-side systems.
