Weekly Used ATV Deal: 2004 Custom Yamaha 3-Wheeler

Winter is here- the days are shorter, the nights are colder and your editors are, as always, digging through SprocketList to make some snow riding a reality without breaking the piggy bank.

That said, this week’s ad takes us to a place called Mount Airy, NC.

According to the seller, this is a custom trike conversion based upon the Yamaha YZF250 MX bike. It makes use of the Yamaha YFZ450 rear swingarm, axle and fenders.

The seller goes on to say that it is currently setup for tt racing but could easily be converted to mx or trails. “Very quick and lightweight trike. Lots of top quality parts, pro taper bars, powder coated frame and swingarm, hiper beadlock rear wheels, etc.”

The seller says that while he hates to part ways with the machine, he is asking $3,800 and will consider trades for a 2012 and up Honda TRX450R.
