According to the listing, this is a 2005 Honda TRX450R kick start model that has been ridden very little during its current owner’s stewardship (about 5 years).

It boasts a new Pro Armor rear grab bar and is still rolling on the original tires (which will likely need replacing in the near future). The seller lists it as “a very clean original atv”. And while the owner does not have a title, he is willing to provide a bill of sale.
