Default Coolster atv 3050B 110CC carburetor

I have been trying to get my son's atv to run as it has been parked at his uncle's farm for some time. I have replaced several parts and went to fill it with fuel. On the right side of the carburetor there is a tube towards the top. Fuel is coming out of this tube. Am I missing something? Is there supposed to be a hose of some sort connected to this and if so where does it connect to? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps this is the overflow hose, and your needle/seat valve is leaking.

you should post a pic if you can, then I may be able to help

it has been a while since I have messed with the carb, but I only remember the fuel in hose on the side, and the drain hose on the bottom

there is also a crank breather hose that goes into the filter

does your carb look like this?

that is the right side and there arent any hoses.. the fuel feed is on the other side and faces up as seen here

The only way to fix a carburetor, is to disassemble it! I'm pretty sure you have a stuck float or what LynnEdwards said.
