PLEASE HELP!!!! it dies in shallow water!!!
HEy EVERYONE,
here's one for the mega mechanics out there. I have tried the dealers (2) and no one knows. I have snorkeled my machine and it used to go into deep water and COME OUT, but now it pops and bogs down and then dies. It will not start until it is pulled out of the water and then it fires right up. The water doesnt have to be deep for this too happen, maybe just over the floor of the utv? A friend said he thinks its my coil pack? and when the water splashes it, it creates a jump in current which would account for the popping and bogging, and when out of the water, it would start, but I stripped the plastic off and the floor and have soaked it with the hose and can;t get it to bogg down, unless I drive it in a lake!
PLEASE HELP! I LOVE WATER AND CAN't GET IT OUT ????

Your carb snorkle is leaking or your carb vent tube is sucking up water. For more help post to the Prowler forum at www.arcticchat.com.
