I will take a closer look. I know tube isn't there. Would the "other port" be on the bowl side or carb side? If you had to guess.

Would I be looking on the bowl side or carb side? If you were to guess. For the " other" overflow.

Or possible it could be set up like my Keihins on my old Honda I had and were deleted. You can see where they once were on earlier models.
