MPG will depend heavily on:
1) carb tune
2) tire PSI
3) trail conditions
4) your thumb

thanks for info, iam finding out the mpg right now,let you know what i find out, also very nice riding unit and stout like previosly stated, hit alot of back trails and it will go over some pretty big downed trees, also can somebody tell me the proper way to shift the 2 to 4 button, should i be stopped and in neutral or can i switch from 2-4 or 4-2 on the fly,thanks again

update is machine is running great and so far it looks like if you can get 5 gal in it,you can go almost 100miles, so far seams like just under 20miles to gallon,not doing alot of mudding,mostly trail riding

Sounds good. Driving slowly on muddy trails won't set any mpg records. 30 mph on a hard trail might surprise you, though. If your's is like my old 2002 and 2001 AC's, there is 1.4 gallon reserve when you run out.

You might check out the "RotoPax gas tanks. I have a 4 gallon one. With automatic, stop before shifting 4x4.
