Default No power

I have an 05 polaris trail boss 330. I installed a new battery and have no power. Fusible link is good. I have power to the ecm #4011088 but nothing to the start switch or engine run switch. I have no power to anything. I can jump the starter relay and get engine rotation but no start. Could it be, more than a guess, the ecm?
I bought this from a friend with this issue so it isn't anything new.
