Default 1980 Honda 110 crankcase pressure

Does anybody know if the crankcase is sappose to have pressure in it? I had to change the shift fork on my 1980 honda 110. Theres new gaskets all the way around. When I went to pull start it I heard a hiss come from the oil dipstick. I went to turn the dipstick and there was pressure released. Is this normal? thanks for the help.

as far as I know, it doesnt have a vent. acording to the parts manual they put vents on them starting in 1981. they show a vent hose.

I just finished rebuilding the same motor 1980 ATC 110 and I also had a lot of preassure in the crank case. I took off the left side case looking for any clogged vent holes there are some little path ways in these motors and the preassure is supose to get out
