we have an '84 200m since new in'84 lol and after a few years the muffler needed to be replaced. I don't know why I was maybe 10yrs old.
With all the talk about re-jetting and filters for aftermarket pipes do you think the "homemade" pipe could be tuned better? or is there anywhere to buy a muffler? just wondering the bike runs pretty good we retired it from hauling wood last winter because we now have my Vinson and my fathers Kodiak 450, 200m just gets ocasional sort runs now.

Cobra Exhaust makes one for that bike.
My local supplier, Royal Distributing in Barrie Ontario sells it for $174.95. I actually logged on just now to ask the same question. I would have a real hard time trying to convince my wife (aka the banker) to cough up that kind of dough, so Im looking for a cheaper alterative.
