Just get the dremmel out and go to town, you'll burn through a lot of pads/wheels but it won't be too bad. Some people use paint stripper on them first, wipe off all the excess stripper and paint that comes up, and just keep applying it, then you'll have to "fine tune" it once the stripper has done all it can. You can buy a good stripper at any home supply store...the orange citrus kind seems to work well, and is less toxic.

Thanks for the info. I will have a lot of time on my hands til I get my engine rebuilt. I might be doing a 300kit on it not sure. I have to look into it. I cleaned the frame today and used a red scotch brite pad on it to get rid of alot of the old paint and junk and currently have 3 coats of paint on it. Looks great! I am going to try and get some pics on my account tonight. Thanks for the info.
Also any ideas on getting the engine painted when I get it back??? I will only have that to do and after the frame and tree, I am going to disassemble the swingarm and axle and get that all cleaned up and repaint the swingarm. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
