I skimmed through that article and didn't read most of it but saw this - "Always look for higher cc (at least 900cc) for trouble less riding experience." What a bunch of crap.

I"m sure everyone would have a 1000cc quad if they weren't so expensive. People buy what they can afford. You can still have a lot of fun on something like a Honda Recon as long as you avoid deep mud.

When I bought my quad I could afford any model by any maker and chose to get another 500. I don't want a 1000 cc gas hog.
