Buying a road legal quad

I have recently decided to purchasea quad and have been looking at a model called xyst 260 made by GS MOON i really want it for road use only for a bit of fun.
Can anybody give me feed back on the manufacturer or the model referance to reliablity and durability.

can-am has a spyder i thinks it called not a quad more like a snowmobile with wheels

Some states and towns allow ATVs on streets .....

But any ATV with a break light and mirror is technically legal ........there was a guy in DW a few issues back who rides his Banshee on the streets in AZ
