DS650 is the best all around sport ATV, PERIOD!!!

I have been to the dealers and looked at the Banshee, 400EX, and a Demo DS650. The DS650 is in a class by itself! There is no comparing it to a 400EX. The DS650 makes the 400EX look like a toy. It is one serious sport machine! It looks <u>EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE</u> in real life than in the magazines. It is truely the most awesome production ATV I have ever seen in 15 years. Mark my words, this ATV is going to spark the sport ATV industry if it hasn't already! We have a new king of the hill so move over banshee...[/size]

I wonder what Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Honda think of the DS 650? Heres what they could be thinking.
HONDA:
Ahhh NUTS! In a drag race the DS 650 makes our 400ex look like a crippled turtle in comparison. Plus the suspension is good. Maybe we should think about putting that XR 650 into a quad.
YAMAHA:
Hmmm maybe we should update the Banshee by boosting it to a 400 with power valves, and giving it modern suspension. Oh yeah and maybe fix that air filter setup.
SUZUKI:
ZZZZZZZZZZZZ........huh? whats a DS 650?
KAWASAKI:
I guess we better get cracking on that KX 250 powered quad and put it into production. I wonder if we have to build another plant to keep up with the demand?

What, the 400 EX KING? I think not. Im not about to say the DS 650 is about to replace the banshee or the 400ex, but lets get real, the 400, although nice, just cant keep up with the big boys. Sure putting around the trails it may(and I stress may) be better than the 650, but lets face it, its got the suspension and the motor to make it happen. So we will see how it is on the track, although the company has already said the track is not its specialty. So for now the Banshee is STILL top dog!

DS650=Best all around Quad?
I guess if you believe everything DW, and 4W ATV writes. I will go so far as to say that the DS is the most innovative ATV out, at the moment. But, to stand behind a magizine atricle and proclaim it to be the best is a bit premature.
I'm not saying that it can't be, but the DS will have to prove itself, and two test rides/reviews don't prove anything to me.
I do hope that the DS is a huge hit, and other manufactures follow. If I was in the market for a new ATV now I would put a deposit on the DS, but lets hold off on the christening's for a few months and see what happens.

Honda 400ex 374lbs With pipe and jet kit,34hp-W/HP= 11 better.
Honda 400ex 374 lbs With pipe,jet kit,piston,cam,and springs=39hp-W/HP= 9.58 Tie.
Honda 400ex 374 lbs With 440 kit pipe and jet kit=44 hp-W/HP= 8.5 check mate!
Distance from 60 mph to 0 Braking power,Banshee and 400ex= 3/4 that of DS650
Not to down play the 650,It probably will be a great machine.But I think it wil not be able to escape it's own weight.Against the latter machines.
