I need some help. I am trying to sell a 2002 Quest 650 for my parents who are in retirement age so they can put the cash towards a SxS. The problem is the Quest will not start. New batery and new starter and it will turn over abou 1/2 way and stop. Even jumping the battery will no work. Neither my parents or I have the time or desire to try to fix it and wish to sell it as is but I do not know what a fair asking price should be and do not know the exact problem?
