Looking at buying a 2005 Outlander MAX 400. Owner says only 30 hours on it. Anything that I need to be aware when looking at it?

Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

My buddy has a 2007 and he has encountered condensation in the dash, 4 leaky tires from new (slime fixed it), and noisy brakes when they get wet. He loves the ride and his passenger says it is very comfortable. Lots of power for him and his wife.
