An open end cap on a stock exhaust is as good as most slip on pipes.

Default Ds650 will not start

i have a 2001 ds650, one year ago I could not start it so I hope someone can give me some ideas to help get it started. It is factory except for the dynamic ignition box which was put on one year ago. I check via the spark plug and I do have spark. I check the timing and it is on the money. When I turn it over using starting fluid it pops through the carb. Also the carb was new two years ago. It does not fire only a pops. If someone could help I would appreciate it. Thanks

I would first swap out that ignition box and try, they do have a chance of going bad
