Disconnect the cdi from the connector , push out the kill switch pin(black with white striped wire) on the connector. Ground spark plug to head or use tester, try to start and check for spark. If it sparks then problem is with one of the kill switches or the wiring.

This was posted on this forum earlier. It may not be your quad exactly but most 110cc quads are wired very similar. This quad diagram doesn't have a remote though. The wire colors may not match but the wire routes will be similar.

What kind of problem are you having?

I have a Panther of my bro-in-laws in my backyard. Do exactly what I put in my above post on the black/white striped wire. Also make sure the green wire is grounded good near the stator assembly, his Panther only had 1 wire strand attaching the ground wire. If that doesn't help let me know.

Yeah, hook the cdi back up then check for spark. On this panther the gound wire is the green wire which is grounded on a small plate on the ignition coil, the black/yellow striped wire goes to the terminal.
