Tunning and Parts

Tunning and Parts
So I picked up a Loncin 150cc quad last weekend.
Very cheap it was only $130 because it wouldn't run.
That being said, the engine was fine and so was the rest of the quad just a stuck float valve. Got it running and got a steal of a deal.
Anyways, having a couple tunning issues with it.
First is the clutch, i have to snail slow let off the clutch so that it starts to roll forward to allow it to get into gear, both forward and reverse, if not she jumps and stalls. Shifting on the fly when she is running I don't have any issues its just the starting gear that its not likely me.
So any advice on it would be great.
Secondly I need to find a new body for it (plastic body) as you can see from the pictures the previous owner must have rolled it, or rode it hard and put it away broken. I've found the exact parts i need but the cost of the parts both locally and out of town (with shipping) are over priced, asking 1/4 of the cost of a new quad. So any ideas on the best place to grab one, OR one that could fit in its place would be great.
Third, my back brakes seem not to lock in, I've checked for kinks in the lines, and made sure the break fluid is full, but its still not engaging. My buddy thinks its the cylinder, but he said i should check into it before ripping it apart.
Thanks in advance.
