125cc siezed up!
Okay, so it was a screw fell out of the choke an went into the cylinder! now I've pulled the head an got the screw out. Still does not go through the whole stroke! it gets to TDC an stops not sure what else to do? Cylinder looked fine, piston has a couple marks as well as the head. But nothing bad? Any thoughts to what I should do next? New cylinder, piston, an head? new crank?
P.S. How do you remove the iner rotor on this? pulley puller? Couldn't figure this one out?

Hi
It sounds like you have bent the con rod..... the screw was in the chamber and it got to tdc and could not go any further but it was still trying too..... so something has to give, and i recon it was the con rod
it like pushing a ping pong ball with a straw.... easy untill that ball stops against a wall but your still try pushing it.....the straw will bend.....same principle im afraid
