Mikuni carb not feeding fuel????

Default Mikuni carb not feeding fuel????
i just got a brand new mikuni carb today, i slapped it on and now the bike wont even start nor is there any fuel being fed. Theres gas in the bowl but it wont feed. I checked the jets and there clean..... PLEASE HELP!!

Only thing I can think of is you forgot the oring at one of the carb manifold connections, and now there isnt enough vacuum to pull gas into the engine..
