Default no spark from a 200cc beast

one question i have no spark. ac ignion power is 56> but when i go to ignition trigger pulse it is 0> does this mean I need a new stator/ ignition pulse trigger> or should I check something else.

Make sure you go to a low enough scale on your meter to see the trigger voltage. It should be 0.3 to 0.5 volts AC so you should be on the lowest AC scale.

While you're at it, measure the resistance of this line to ground. It should be around 150 ohms.

Just for grins, what is the resistance of your kill switch connection to ground? Do this with the engine stopped, kill switch off and ignition switch on.
