Default New here and with Chinese Quads

Just starting with two Chinese quads. Coolster 150cc and a JCL 200cc. So far the coolster caliber locked up and the JCL was shipped with the hardstop welded incorrectly on the steering column. I have almost 85 degree steering one direction and 10 degrees on the other.
Just fixed the caliber last night and tonight I hope to finish a custom air box and filter for the 200cc quad.

On an automatic transmission, does the clutches need (or can be) adjusted? From day one, the 150cc seams to take a lot of rpm to move it and not sure if the brakes were the entire issue. Time will tell, but not much knowledge on the CVT. Any advice?

Good to see support out here! Pictures will be coming with my modifications.

I hear you about the initial setup issues that those who purchase pre-built wouldn't encounter.
