Default cam tensioner bolt and plunger

The dealer where i got the taotao 125 said the one with a slant had a magnetic bolt on it and to pull it out when changing oil. It didnt i put the plunger and spring, and bolt back in same direction it came out But i am not sure of the position of the holes in plunger if there were rotated correctly will this make a difference?
Please help my son hasnt even rode it 30 minutes yet. i changed the oil with correct plug with valvoline 10-40 atv oil
Thanks all

I don't think position makes a difference as long as you reinstalled the parts in the order they came out. I had to search around as well to determine which is the engine oil drain on my 110cc. Mine was pipe doped in place with enough pipe dope to plumb a house. That Valvoline is an awesome oil. 15w40 heavy-duty engine oil works perfectly as well. My 110cc takes about 3/4 of a qt. The 125 is probably similar.
