Red face Daymak brakes changing

hey all. im having problems with my brakes on my Daymak ( yes i know i know)

but the brakes are really hard to press down on. almost like there is no brake fluid but i checked and there is fluid.

SOO.
what im asking is how do i remove my back brakes , and or front if you know

its a 2008 model. not sure wht info is needed

this is what they are:

Front Dual Drum Breaks
Rear Single Hydraulic Disc Break

Which brakes are you having problems with? the rear disc is hydraulic and the front drums are mechanical.. different help for different end of the quad.

im having problems with both really. but back ones i think are more needed lol
