Default Still having voltage issues

I posted here about a year ago and didn't get any replies. I'm going to try again. I have a Taotao 125cc atv that only puts out about 12.5 volts tops. I've replaced the stator and the voltage regulator and it's still the same. Any help woukd be greatly appreciated thank you

Where are you measuring the voltage?
It's possible you have some parasitic drains.

I'm measuring it on the battery terminals while the ATV is running. At Idle I get about 12-12.1 when I revit up I get 12.3-12.5.

Parasitic drains, sounds nasty.

The 700 King Quad had a low charge problem from the factory, it was caused by Suzuki fitting feeble wires from the battery to the regulator, this caused the regulator to think the battery was higher charged than it was, (no idea why) the cure was to fit heavy wires from both battery positive and negative, to the regulator.
