Default Need help with my 2004 Baja wd250

Hi im so just not getting anywhere guys with a so called baja 250 baja motorsports have id it as a wd250 qj,,,hmmmm well i cant get a single diagram to match my wiring, the cdi (i posted pics) is a single plug 6 pin but all replacements show two plug layouts. there is 3 white wires and a blue/white and a green/white wires coming from stator ive id them as 3 phase stator and the pickup coil. Although i dont know where im supposed to attach the green/white. To be honest i aint got a clue what to put in any of these pins. as currently i cannot get a spark. also of the three white wires , one of them has a branch off with a spade connector, although no diagram shows anything of this. and there is two little black boxes one has what appears to be the three white wires input and a set out again with a black and green and a black on its own????any idea. and lastly what maybe possibly a contoller box of some type. I would be so grateful for any intel to advance a bit further on this quad.

Default is there supposed to be much if any oil here

hi guys,

Question on my mind on me baja qj 250wd. when i did the ac volts test at the stator between the three white wires they all read about 7.5 volts at cranking speed. i did all the tests and the stator seems to check out, But i wondered if the magneto is supposed to be swimming in oil could this have any effect on it generating electricity, as i discovered the oil control seal on the end of shaft was u/s

Some engines have oil around the flywheel.. not sure about yours or if it would affect voltage.. Does the engine have oil in it now?

Default What might be causing this

Hey guys another wd250 baja question. I cant get a spark so ive been testing and at the stator the 3 white wires are producing about 7.5 volts between each one as i change them....is this correct this at cranking speed? Also i tested the ignition wire from cdi to coil it was producing rather erratic volts sometimes as high as 93 volts some only crank out 10 volts and so on...is there a steady flow of volts i should see going into coil and what should they be and what is theclassic problem if it isn right.
