clutch nut HELP

clutch nut HELP
hi,im looking for advice on how to take off clutch nut as tried to beat it with hammer(yes will def buy tool nex time)but is there anyway of getting it of now its really stuck all edeges are gone of bolt now so cant bang it with screw driver any more.have pult loads of wd40 on it stil bolt wont turn need help and tips advice would be grate!! thanks

I'm unfamiliar with your engine. Can you (or anyone else with experience on this) verify that the nut in question is not a left hand thread? If it is, all the banging and cursing you've done has only made the nut tighter...
If it is a right hand thread, can you clean it up enough to weld a socket to the nut? You will have to be able completely clean the grease off the surface of the nut where the weld will take place. You'll also have to grind the plating off the socket in question as best you can before welding. Keep in mind most platings give off poisonous fumes during welding, plus they interfere with the weld joint itself, so don't skip this step.
Then weld in in 1 second bursts:
Hold your breath (poisonous fumes)
Bzzt for a second
Walk away and get a breath while it cools
Go to somewhere else on the periphery of the socket and repeat
After a several tack welds you should be able to use a breaker bar on the nut/socket.
The one second tack welds will keep temperatures down away from the actual weld spot so that things don't get damaged by the welding heat.
