Valve specs needed for Sunl 110cc

I have a 2007 7sunx 110ACX. It's got the 107cc engine. It's firing but not staying running. Want to check the valves, and I just need to know what specs to follow. The posts I've found range from 0.004 - 0.006 or so.

Going with 0.004 and see if it fires. Honda manual says 0.003 but I'll try this and report back.
