Default Update more details please help

I bought my son a brand new TaoTao 125cc ATV. It's been bogging out when I give it 1/2 or full throttle. Seller told me he will not take this defective item back or provide me with tech support. He told me to take it to a shop and pay for labor and he will warranty the parts. I have the checked/replaced the following things:

Adjusted engine valves to .005
installed new NGK spark plug and set the gap to .027
Install new carburetor
Adjusted idle speed and air/fuel mixture

Im pretty sure valves have a different setting for intake and exhaust. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? If the seller is willing to pay why are you not taking it to a shop?

Default Bogging

Seller is not willing to pay for labor. Just for warranty parts. Plus I have to ship the old part and then he will send me replacement part.

Warranty is warranty... can't pay for one and not the other

After you give it full throttle & it dies what does the plug look like? Post a pic so we know if lean or rich...

Default Rejet mission failed as well.

I bought this ATV from TXPOWERSPORTS.COM. Buyers beware!!! Spark plug is black, that means it's running rich or unburned fuel when he ATV bogs out. I checked for vacuum leaks and found none. I tried larger jets and did the same exact thing. I am out of ideas Only thing I can think of it is to check for timing. My $99 lawnmover from lowes runs better than this ATV. If it's off by one hair tooth than it can cause running rich.

Have u tried adjusting the needle to a different position? Also gave u checked the float? Did u ever get the factory valve settings? Like I said previously I'm pretty sure intake and exhaust have different values
