can anyone help with vin no. make,model, its a 150 cc,, 2002 model, heres vin no. off frame== *fy150l wc950700002 any help would be appr.

Something is wrong, it doesn't come up on automatic vin decoders, and if made in 02 , a 2 should be somewhere in the middle, also 150cc is coded either G or H, which should appear as the fifth digit.
