That's bad news.
Maybe get the motor rebuilt top to bottom by someone for 2 grand maybe less. Where can a person get a 2011 750 for 2 grand?
Plus running you can sell it much easier and for much more.

It may only need a top end job which maybe cost you only $1500.
With fixing the motor it will cost you but atleast its up and running.
Selling it as is will cost you also, its a no win choice really but I like the fix the motor idea more. Atleast get a quote and not just from a dealer but from private mechanic somewhere also.
Do you know what in the motor is wrong?

I know it sucks but to sell it with a blown motor for say $4000 would cost you $3200.

I hope he changed the oil after he drowned it and did not leave the water in it for 2 years.
We have drown more then a few ATV, We sent a 300KQ to the bottom of a lake ice fishing. As long as you do not restart them after they drown and change your fluids right away its really not much of a problem.
We even did two Honda 500 Forman's that were floating upside down in a creek. We pulled them to shore and sent a guy back to get all the fluids and did both ATV right on the side of the trail.
That was 2 years ago and both are still going strong.

Yea I agree, but it sounds like this was let go for a few years or else it may have started by now. This happened to my old foreman 400 once and it took about 5-6 flushes (with diesel fuel and old oil) till it was completely water free, then we did another 2-3 just to be safe. Never had a issue either till I sold it.
