This week our scan of the globe takes us to WV in the form of a rare side-by-side from Orien called the Sand Reeper. 4x4, 40mpg and as good on the road (and legal) as it is off. $9,900 will get er done:

Interesting, but $9,900 will get you a decent...... Jeep.

This one is a better deal 2012 Jeepster UTV. Its basically a 500cc utv with a Jeep Body. But that's basically all the other machine is except that it had more power and cost a lot more.
