Chain Tension!!!!
The chain on my Raptor 350 seems to love losing its tension latly, anyways I read thru the directions and it seems difficult to adjust chain tension (having to adjust the axle) so I've just been bringing it to the dealer. I was wondering if there was any other ways to re-tension the chain of if anyone has an easier way that I can under stand? Or should I just keep bringing it to the dealer.
Also, does anyone else have this problem, what causes the chain to lose it's tension?

chain adjustment is a pain, but it is a part of owning a quad. You've got to man up and learn how. Stop paying the dealership for this simple, 10 to 15 minute adjustment.
reconranger raises a good point. your axle bearings could be going. get a good manual, like a Clymer or a factory shop manual. It will explain chain adjustment in greater detail than your owner's manual.
chains stretch naturally. if you do a lot of hard riding frequently, it will stretch. stock chains typically last a season. they will lose their tension.
