will 26x12x10 fit on the rear of my 05 rancher 2wd?(mud bugs)

If you are asking if there is room for the tire in the wheel well, then yes.

If you are asking if they will fit on your rims, that's another question entirely. What size are the rims?

Do you really want to do this??? The 2WD Rancher is geared taller than the 4WD, so you are going to end up with no low end power!

You will need a running start to make it up a slight incline!!!

that much power loss? 25 would be fine though?
