Default what's the correct wheel width?

I just bought a used set of Dirt Devils from a friend for cheap and in pretty good shape. The tire sizes are 26x10x12 for the front and 26x12x12 for the rear. I'm planning on putting them on my 2000 Sportsman 500. My plan is to use my stock front wheels and buy a set of wheels for the rear. The problem is I can't find a wheel anywhere that is wider than 8 inches online. Doesn't someone make a wider wheel for 12" wide tires? Or do they mount them on 8 inch wheels?

Also, what would be the correct offset for the wheels in the rear?

Alright you are in for some problems with these tires...First my SP600 had to have offset tires to avoid rubbing issues on 10" wide front tires...and im pretty sure i have more room than you will...my dad has the same quad as u and it wouldn't fit 26's without bottoming out at every large bounce...Now you need to search for general information about tires/rims...just do a search it has been asked alot...and DON'T buy the 14" rims...your tires will not fit on those...
