i own an 03 z400 and i have holeshots on the rear im looking for a pair of rims for it i really like the hiper carbon fiber rims and if im going to buy a pair i hear they are they way to go. whats so good about having aftermarket rims.

 

You're willing to spend a grand on one set of aftermarket wheels and tires without knowing why you should replace any of it???

 

Looks. I still got nice looking rims, but i stuck with steel. Take a look, steel is the strongest you can get, but a little heavy. I ride very rough trails, so Aluminum will be worthless. Aluminum are good for racing, track riding, and sand dunes. They are lighter than steel, but not as durable on rough terrain.
