Well I got out and finally got to use my camper for the first time.
The company that I used to work for needed a driver so they called me and its hard to turn down good money.
I used to drive out of Kanab Utah and this trail is on the outskirts of Kanab so I loaded up to do some riding down there.
The second night camping I camped here at the Hog Canyon Trailhead.

I've wanted to ride Hog Canyon for years. All my friends who have ridden it love it so it was now my turn.

I love Utah. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular and there are millions of ATV trails.

Simply an awesome trail.

And a big thank you goes out to the Canyon Country 4x4 Club for providing me a nice place to have lunch.

Great views and awesome country.

This was the first time I've seen "EXTREME DIFFICULTY" on a trail marker.
There were some extreme sections on the trail.

Like always, the picture does not do a good job of showing just how steep this section is.

From the top looking back down. A little pucker power on this one.

Looking down on Kanab from one of the ridges.

This was an awesome ride.

Neat pictures. Utah does have some of the most beautiful areas and does have some of the best trails I've been on. Hope to get back out there again.

Great pics as always. I've seen Most Difficult and More Difficult but never Extreme Difficulty here. There's only one trail in the state that I know of that's for experienced riders only and you have to take a ferry to Drummond Island to get to it. It's 117 miles of constantly changing terrain. I've never been there but it must get really bad to have that warning. Some of it is rocky kind of like your pics.

I hope you get out here again too Moose. Hopefully we can put on a few more miles together now that my schedule has loosened up.

Your more then welcome RedRocket - thanks for checking them put.

JumboFrank - I looked up Drummond Island and it looks like a great trail to ride - the ferry ride looks cool too.

I consider myself fairly experienced rider and will at least check it out and probably try it. So far so good.

A few of my friends are starting to plan to ride The Outlaw Trail. Its about 250 miles from me but still in Utah. It looks like a lot of fun.

Man that trail is rough. You have to do it the way the Beatles said, I get by with a little help from my friends. Not a place for a solo ride.

Great pics Specta. I recently went on a ride in Seboyeta with my new action cam. . . . Didn't quite turn out all that well. The video quality is great but found out the cam rattles a bit in the waterproof case. The noise picked up from that makes the video annoying to listen to. I hope to clear up that issue and get some vids put up soon. As always....Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!!!!

thanks Hawkeye - I use just a regular camera to shoot videos and have to hold it in one hand and drive with the other.

Mine picks up wind noise really bad so I only do low speed videos.

Looking forward to seeing your videos.
