To be honest my dream truck would be a Ford F 350 King Ranch DRW 4x4 I figure if I can afford the $67,000 price tag I can afford the crappy MPG and all the repairs...thats in the realm of never gonna happen..as for the real world the Dodge I have now keeps me happy

You talking about the Olds 350 diesel POS or the 6.2 liter GM POS. I thought the Penske designed 6.5 liter turbodiesel wasn't too bad an engine.

Those would be the ones. You know converted gas motors I know there was a reason GM went to Isuzu for Diesel help. LOL The 6.5 was designed to be a quiet economical engine for the military and it succeeded at it but that was about it. When GM stuck it into there truck/consumer line lets just say it was a whole other story!

I had a 94 3500 and had no problems with it. OK one problem. At 40 below zero there was no cabin heat whatsoever. The 7.3 Navistar always made heat, no matter how cold it was.
