I have a 2001 king quad 300, it sat in storage for about 4-5 years and I pulled it out recently to get it running. Pulled the carb and rebuilt it (yes fuel adjustment is in manufacturers spec spot), drained gas tank, put fresh gas and seafoam in, fuel petcock is working, carb is pumping gas fine,and it has spark. That said, it turns over, sounds as if it want to start (if choke is on it sputters and blows some smoke) but it won't start, once the start button is released it instantly shuts off. It was running prior to parking it and everything worked. I'm hoping someone can lead me in the right direction as to what I should look at next, I don't understand why if it has spark and is getting fuel (not flooding) why it won't run.
