2005 Grizzley 660 NEED HELP
So I just bought a 2005 660 today and it has been snorkeled out. So I proceeded to test it out and when I hit the water which got above the foot rests a few inches I found out the snorkel wasn't sealed. The snorkel that blows the air out from the belt box was blowing steam out like crazy from that point on and I could push the throttle all the way in and the motor raging but the tires were barely moving... can someone help explain what's wrong.

Check your airbox too. You may have sucked some water in there. It has a drain plug on the bottom of it too. Check to see if air filter is wet and the air intake going from the airbox to the engine. If its wet, you may have sucked some water into the engine. Definitely want to do an oil change then. The air intake is a little higher on the Grizzly but it only takes a min or 2 to check. Its about at the same level as the seat. But going through water shallower than that can still cause it to splash up in there.
