This is my rocketa 110cc atv. I have been wanting new tires on it. And just had a few questions about where to go.

It has now:
19x7x8 - Front
18x9.5x8 - Rear

I found some tires online:
20x7x8 - Front
22x11x8 - Rear

What do you guys think about this transition? I bought some 2" spacers for the rear tires. And I don't see clearance being an issue for the front.

Should be fine . I do not think you would even need spacers for the rear. The back end on a straight axels usually has room to spare for larger and wider tires.
