Tank vent, gas cap not sealing properly, through the air box, etc. Several places water can get in.

1 thing that I've seen in older Arctic Cats= Crack in the bellows between the carb and the motor. While it's probably not your problem, just a heads up for AC guys. I always put Phaze Out in my gas, fingers crossed no water yet. Check the routing of your gas tank vent, it's possible, if it's under water, suction could suck water into the tank?

Depending on your machine if it has a exposed air filter you could be splashing up enough water to get into the carb
