Little more information on your quad would be helpful like exact year and model. Also did you go high compression piston, larger valves, or an upgraded cam?
Having said that, your best bet is to go with a dynojet kit with multiple main jets available and adjust accordingly for how your bike is running. It's never a 1 size fits all especially when you're modified.
