does ne one kno if the e3 diamond fire spark plug is ne better than a regular old plug?

Guess depends on what your "regular old plug is". I don't know anything about the e3 diamond plated super sparkler but, I never had any probs with NGK. It's all I run.

i hear it will made 5-10 horses on ANY motor PER cylinder!

thats sounds like a bunch of bs i never heard of a spark blug boost hp like that no way

Honestly, It's a good idea to run the factory plug. Honda has done tons of R&D to determine that the NGK plug they installed was designed to run good in the machine.

If anything, with lots of mods, you may need to run a one step colder plug.

I put a set in my camaro and couldnt keep the wheels off the ground!
