2 inch lift recon
Installed 2 inch hi lifter kit on my wifes honda recon. I did not have to use a shock compressor as suggested. Long pry bar worked just fine.
I would have to say this was a very good addition to the atv. The overall looks and ride are worth every penny. We have combined the lift with 23" dirt devil tires and some solid aluminum rims. Really changed the look of the quad.
The install was straight forward and normal tools will do.
My wife uses the quad for her garden/yard/casual rides. We are not into mudding, racing etc.... Just rides. The quad does not feel tippy at all.
However much depends on the weight of the driver and what load they may have on the racks. The recon shocks are very soft.
Any way, I give the HI LIFTER LIFt a thumbs up for the recon. It adds a little attitude to the quad. I did this while she was at work. and the smile when she saw it was worth every penny.
