Hey there. I'll chime in since no one else has. I've worked on a lot of cars, but not bikes. I'll assume it's the same. I don't believe you can take apart a CV joint & replace bearings, so I think you want to remove the whole shaft. First, remove the shaft nut from the center of the spindle which is in the center of the wheel hub. Second, unbolt the tie rod. Third, unbolt the top or bottom of the A arm (whichever is easier of gives enough room to remove shaft). You might have to unbolt the spring or shock. The shaft will probably require a little force to pop loose from the differential. Just be careful when releasing the spring or A arm if spring is still attached. It might give you a kick. I usually have a jack under the A arm or use a spring compressor, but cars have a lot more spring pressure. Good luck.
