I am seriously considering a trail tech Vapor computer for my honda recon. but first I would like to know what you have to say about it! also does it come with temperature sensors??????? (for the engine, etc.)

I bought one for my DS and I really like it I can track the distance I ride, it is kinda cool to see how fast you are going, (have gone). For the temp sensor it is an inline hose fitting that measures coolant temp. You can get a head temp sensor for it though. Also the hour meter is nice for tracking service intervals. It was very easy to install and Trail tech support is outstanding no matter where you buy it. I had to contact them about mounting my speed sensor, the year quad they pictured was slightly different then mine and they e-mailed me pictures of how it was supposed to go. Great people to deal with.

awesome! thanks for the help, but my recon does not have a radiator/coling so do you think the kit would substitute something like a head temp sensor??

I would think it would come with something that would work, the kits are somewhat specific to the quad, but like bedhead said I'd give them a call or e-mail thier tech support
