Well I just hope for 2010 we get a wider 450r with efi and an updated 400ex.</end quote></div>
Honda has never come out with a "track" version of its quads. They have always left it to the buyer to do that with aftermarket parts. In a sense, this is a good corporate strategy. Any specialized version of anything is going to have only a limited market. If it doesn't sell, you are stuck holding units that you can't move. Better to make one basic model, and let the buyer mod them to their particular individual taste.....
As for the 400EX...they are going to have to answer the Z400 challenge, and I hope they are working hard on that as we speak here!!! As much as I love that old XR400 engine, Honda needs to come out with something that is water cooled and more high tech.

Every review has said that the XX front end pushes badly in turns!!!
I know the 250EX tends to push as well, and it is all because of the crappy stock tires. A tire change fixes this easily.
Thi XX might just need tires or an adjustment to the front end, but you wouldn't think Honda R&D would let a machine out with those charictaristics. At worst, it may require aftermarket a-arms, etc.
